DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

All domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on U.S. holidays will ship the next business day.

SHIPPING DAYS & HOLIDAYS

Orders ship Monday through Saturday, excluding the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day


DELIVERY TIMES

USPS delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related circumstances beyond our control.

Once a package is accepted and scanned by USPS, delivery is handled entirely by the carrier.


📍 PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED

If tracking information shows “Delivered,” the package is considered successfully delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, including theft after delivery or carrier misdelivery.

If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Contacting your local post office for assistance


📍 LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES (NOT MARKED DELIVERED)

If a package appears delayed or lost and is not marked as delivered, USPS requires a 15-day waiting period before a claim can be filed.

Refunds or replacements will be considered only after USPS confirms the package as officially lost.


🔄 RETURNS

We gladly accept returns on eligible items.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of the USPS delivery date
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • For return shipping, we recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or untracked return packages.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition

If you are ordering from outside the U.S. and need assistance, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll be glad to help.


CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not shipping charges.


UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or failure to claim the package are not eligible for a refund.

If reshipment is requested, a re-delivery fee will apply.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Due to customs regulations and international shipping costs, international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.
